Finally left Michigan. Though I must say Missouri is worse. Extremely hot extremely cold, ticks everywhere, trees as far as the eye can see, rains all the time, and cliffs and hills eeeeverywhere. Perfect for a relaxing stroll on a bike to town. but I might as well not even bother riding a bike heading back. Up hill almost 100%. I have no clue where I am. It's out in the middle of nowhere.

Fun fact: ticks die instantly in fire. You can burn them to death before you even feel the fire. The also explode and fly across the room. Kill it before pulling it off. It'll bite and grab on.

They are everywhere outside. You go outside you're guaranteed to get like 7 or 8 ticks on you. And I thought mosquitoes were bad...

As for my living situation a nice old woman is allowing me to stay with her. I'm her little helper but not her whipping boy.

Her mother in-law has a million dogs and a few chickens. I can help them for cash. Otherwise I just help my benefactor

She really just wants someone to keep her company and help carry shit. And I get a camper to stay in out of the deal. The camper has no running water but tomorrow we are putting in a water heater. And have pipes for a shower and everything.

Can't complain. She needs the help and I'm staying rent free.

Better than a jail cell.
